Karen has invested in elevating, championing, and profiling Gold Coast women for over 30 years. She leads programs for women in business in Australia and the United Arab Emirates and speaks internationally on women’s leadership and advocacy. She founded Women in Business Australia over 12 years ago and has led its revered principal Queensland program, the ‘Gold Coast Women in Business Awards’, which has supported over 2,000 local women since its inception.
Karen is immensely proud of the initiative that provides an unparalleled platform to recognise the hard work, skills, and talent, and applaud women leaders for their significant contributions to the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, and very importantly their role in fortifying the local economy.
